Included in this structure are four eateries/bars, a 40,000 square foot indoor water park, and a small boutique casino. In addition, this center is connected to the Alerus Center (an indoor football stadium and conference center) making it truly a destination.
The 11-story build consists of precast concrete wall and deck system.
Single level areas of building surrounding the tower are constructed with structural steel and glulam framing, masonry bearing walls with a steel bar joist, and metal roof deck roof system.
