This four-story 115-unit hotel is located in the entertainment district.
A unique feature is a “wedge” that dissects the entire building extending out each side. The canopy was designed nonlinearly to enhance the exterior.
The building was constructed with hollowcore planks supported with a mixture of masonry bearing walls and structural steel frames.
