This facility offers three levels. The main level includes an atrium that features a round glass ceiling, classrooms, gym, multi-activity court, rock wall, and lockers. The second level supports a running track as well as the cardio, weight, and cycling equipment. The small third level is for mechanical equipment.

The primary building system is a mixture of masonry bearing walls, structural steel frame, steel roof joists and deck, and a structural steel beam composite floor system. The building is supported by a spread footing foundation bearing on natural soil.
