The plant utilizes a Vogel Busch/ICM hybrid process design, utilizing ICM batch fermentation and ICM Drum Dryers. The cook and distillation are Vogel Busch design.

Storage capacities on site are 8,800,000 bushels of corn, 15,000 tons of Dried Distilled Grain (DDG), 4,800,000 gallons of ethanol, and 105,000 gallons of corn oil.

There is 11 miles of loop track to facilitate loading and unloading requirements.

Heyer Engineering, Inc. was the Structural Engineer of Record (SER) for the entire plant and Jim Heyer acted as the Owners Representative (OR).
