Starting in Bismarck, N.D. in 2014, WilLiquors decided to expand into Sioux Falls.
The store offers a casino in the back, a walk-in humidor for cigars, recessed loading dock and at grade loading dock, office space, and has over 24,000 SF of retail space.
The two-story slab on grade structure is constructed with steel stud walls and interior steel beam and column framing with a combination of EIFS and stone façade. The clerestory area in the center of the retail space is exposed glue-lam construction with SIPS roof panels. The roof over the office mezzanine area is comprised of standard pitched open webbed wood roof trusses. The remainder of the retail and storage area roof framing is standard metal deck and steel joist framing with a fully adhered membrane roof.
