Originally constructed as the Midwest Federal Building, this dynamic designed structure is now the corporate offices for the nationally known Bell Bank.
Steel frame with steel joist and concrete slab on metal deck floor system supported by a spread footing foundation system. The exterior façade consists of precast concrete panels supported by steel frame.
This is one of Heyer Engineering’s first large scale multi story project that catapulted us to be one of the top structural design firms in the region.
